Private home to Will and Rebecca Dobson, the house and gardens of Hill Place are available for hire for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Set within the South Downs National Park, Hill Place gardens extend to two acres with 18 acres of park grazed by sheep and horses, and a further 150 acres of commercial apple orchard beyond.

The house itself boasts four principal reception rooms and a spectacular hall with cantilever staircase, ideal for a breathtaking bridal entrance. The four reception rooms all enjoy uninterrupted views across the garden to the park, orchards and, on a clear day the Isle of Wight. The Morning Room, with its original Georgian painted ceiling, has direct access into the garden, while the Drawing Room and Dining Room benefit from full height windows and majestic interiors. The Library provides a quiet retreat for those looking for a secluded moment.

Hill Place is situated 1 mile from the A32 in open countryside, while still being easily reached from London (1.5hrs), Southampton (30 mins), Portsmouth (30 mins) and Winchester (30 mins).
