About Bradley House

Bradley House is a beautiful wedding reception venue set in lovely parkland grounds. It is the family home of the Duke of Somerset and while it is a most impressive house, it is almost unique in retaining the friendly atmosphere of a family home.

The house is situated next to the lovely Parish Church of Maiden Bradley and is steeped in history and may be available for weddings or blessings. On the ground floor the house offers an elegant Panelled Dining Room, a Library and Music Room leading to a beautiful Drawing Room. The 10 Bedrooms are situated on the first and second floors and include a choice of magnificent rooms for the Bride and Groom and their special guests. This venue is licensed for Civil Weddings for up to 90 guests. Parties of up to 60 can dine in the Dining Room, for larger numbers the house may be used for the receiving line before dining in a marquee that would be sited on the lawns close to the house.
