We cannot guarantee that you will always be able to access the website and we will not be liable to you for any interruption or delay that you experience in accessing the website, whatever the cause.

In no event shall Green and White Weddings be liable for any damages whatsoever. Advertisers

The following shall constitute a contract when agreed to by the customer and accepted by Green and White Weddings to place advertising on the Green and White Weddings website:

1. Advert Content

All copy and instructions must be submitted at the time of confirming the order or mailed to Green and White Weddings immediately thereafter. Green and White Weddings will assume no responsibility for the style of the artwork other than error in copy. Green and White Weddings reserves the right to refuse advertisements with or without reason. Advertisers agree to indemnify and save Green and White Weddings harmless of any copyright infringement based on material furnished to Green and White Weddings in connection with advertisements.

2. Payment Terms

Payment may be made by Credit Card, Debit Card, Switch Card or cheque. If payment is by Credit Card, a fee of £4.00 or 2.2% (whichever is greater) will be levied payable at the time.

Debit/Switch cards payments will not attract a fee. If payment is by cheque, terms are net 7 days from date of invoice.

3. Late Payment Charges

In accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act we will recover reasonable debt recovery costs and Statutory Interest for overdue payments. In the event of nonpayment for any undisclosed reason, after 30 days of web time, the web advertising will be deactivated from the internet and the entire amount of the unpaid balance shall immediately become due and payable.

All material on Green and White Weddings is protected by copyright and must not be used in any way for commercial purposes or gain unless you first obtain our written consent. You may only copy, download and reproduce it for your own personal use.
