While some celebrities may struggle to fit their nuptials into their busy schedules, it seems that David Walliams is one person who cannot wait to tie the knot.

The comedian, who is known for his many roles in Little Britain, has reportedly brought the date of his wedding to model Lara Stone forward to March 27.

However, this means that many of his celebrity friends are unable to attend the event because he has not given them enough notice.

Speaking to the Sun, a source said: "They have changed their minds about the date and really aren't giving friends and family much time to sort their diaries out."

It is thought that Jimmy Carr, who Walliams wanted to be his best man, will not be able to make the new date.

The insider added that the couple are like "love-struck teens" who cannot "wait to be husband and wife".

Stone has recently been unveiled as the new face of Prada's Infusion d'Iris fragrance, taking over from Sasha Pivovarova.
