The wedding dress worn by Ivanka Trump on her big day has been voted as the best of the past year by one website.

According to Lovetripper, the "Grace-Kelly inspired gown", which Ivanka wore to marry Jared Kushner, was a "study in regal refinement".

The news provider explains that it was created by Vera Wang and an "ethereal element" was added to the frock with three tiers of different kinds of lace.

On top of this, Ivanka wore $260,000 (£161,000) worth of jewellery and the website states that "the joy seen in the bride's eyes on her wedding day was priceless".

Ivanka's gown beat the garment worn by Khloe Kardashian for her marriage to Lamar Odom, which was also designed by Vera Wang, to the top spot. Kendra Wilkinson's came in third.
