One bride had a last minute dash to find a new
wedding venue after the first location she chose fell through.
Sara Conway, from Kettering, had initially booked the town's George Hotel for her wedding reception which would include around 200 guests.
However, just five days before the event the venue informed Ms Conway, 28, that they would be unable to host her party, although was not informed why, the Northants Evening Telegraph reports.
Luckily, Wicksteed Park was able to step in at the last minute to save the day.
Ms Conway, who is set to wed Cliff Lambert, said: "It's been very stressful and Monday was horrendous. I just wish they had told me sooner. I'm lucky to have found somewhere."
When couples have tied the knot, they may want to consider jetting off to Mozambique for their honeymoon, as Gara Gharagozlou, director of Ultimate Safari and Islands, recently claimed that it is an "unforgettable" destination.
