Most people arranging a wedding expect it to be a costly and time-consuming affair.
However, one man went against the odds and managed to organise his nuptials in just three hours.
Writing about the event on his blog, David Howell, a 34-year-old golfer who has previously been ranked as number nine in the world, explains how he arranged his wedding to fiancee Emily Doughty, 30, in record time.
Although he had previously booked the register office in Weybridge, Surrey, Mr Howell only decided to go through with the idea the night before.
He then describes how he woke at 8am and after leaving his partner to get ready, organised flowers, a chauffer, a suit and even a reception.
Mr Howell writes: "Whilst in pub decide it would be a nice place for a reception in the evening, order food and instruct head waitress to section off part of pub and decorate accordingly."
One celebrity who may also find her wedding easy to organise is Myleene Klass, as she told the Sun that she does not want a big white ceremony.
