Jules Holland, creative director at Mark Hill Salon, said that there are lots of celebrities wearing low-slung chignons decorated with a diamante hair piece, which is a great look for people with mid-length locks.

"Feathers in hair have been really big, big diamonds - things like that," she continued. "That's a great alternative way to wear mid-length hair as well."

A study conducted by OnePoll revealed that on a night out – such as a hen party – girls will spend up to two hours gossiping, 54 minutes laughing and one hour and 22 minutes eating and drinking.
